DPIRD’s WA Agrifood and Beverage Voucher Program has been established to support eligible small businesses operating in WA who are seeking to accelerate growth; realise and develop new opportunities including product development and process innovation; expand domestic markets; penetrate export markets; and improve sustainability, environmental and social outcomes.
AgriStart is a Professional Service Provider that your business can nominate to carry out the proposed services to be supported by redemption of the voucher. You can apply for up to two vouchers to a maximum amount of $20,000 ($5k-$10k per voucher depending on annual turnover). You are required to contribute 50% of the total cost of services and 50% will be covered by the voucher.
AgriStart can help with the following voucher categories:
- Business Planning (strategic and operational functioning, securing finance, market development, business activity prioritization and evaluation)
- Sales and Marketing (e-commerce strategy development, marketing plan and analytics, competitor analysis, customer insights, branding, packaging design, and preparing for export)
- Financial Health (structure for capital raising, financial projections, pitch decks, and succession planning).
AgriStart can also help with your application where you will need to consider strategic reports commissioned by DPIRD that outline emerging opportunities in the food and beverage sector and other industry/government reports demonstrating growth opportunities.
