The 2025 HARVEST Agtech Accelerator Program first Masterclass set the tone for a year of growth, strategy, and impact.
This first masterclass brought together our incredible cohort of founders for a day focused on two critical foundations for business success: intellectual property and strategic planning.
We were thrilled to welcome Michael Di Pasquale and Brendan Peachey from Wrays, who delivered a highly practical and engaging introduction to IP. Their session helped demystify the complexities of intellectual property, encouraging founders to act early and wisely to avoid future ownership issues. From trademarks to patents to trade secrets, Michael and Brendan equipped the group with the tools to think critically and proactively about their innovation assets.
A highlight of the program is that each of the HARVEST participants now has the opportunity to work one-on-one with Wrays, allowing them to dig deeper into their individual IP needs and start building robust protections tailored to their solutions.
The next session was all about direction and clarity. Facilitated by Mohinder Jaimangal, the strategic planning session guided founders through the development of their own One Page Strategic Plan. Mo brought incredible energy and insight, helping each business take stock of where they are today and map out where they want to go next.
With Mo’s support, the cohort clarified their goals, sharpened their focus, and identified the key priorities that will help bring their vision to life. It was a highly interactive and thought-provoking workshop—what they put on paper today will become the blueprint they return to as they scale.
