DESCRIPTION:Hack 1: 21st April 12:30pm – 6:30pm \nHack 2: 28th April 12:30pm – 6:30pm \nThe hackathon will bring together industry professionals\, academic experts\, programmers and students to compile innovative\, data-driven recommendations to consider opportunities to improve the efficiency of Southern Ports’ iron ore loading circuit. \nThe government-owned Authority operates three ports at Albany\, Bunbury and Esperance\, with a combined trade of more than 36 million tonnes. Last year alone\, more than 8.5 million tonnes of iron ore was exported from the Port of Esperance. \nThis hackathon will provide the opportunity for attendees to consider how the iron ore loading circuit could be further optimised\, utilising innovative skills within a real-life industry context. \nThis opportunity is open to all universities\, businesses and organisations\, and will provide invaluable experience to all participants! \nIf you’re interested in participating as an individual or a team\, complete an EOI here: https://innovationcluster.com.au/ioc-hackathon-team-eoi-2/
